Discharging – General informations
Both Island berths (Is. 1 / Is 2) can receive or load fuel oil through a 30” line. Receiving tanks are located approximately 4000 meters away, at a few meters above sea level. Each Island is equipped with four 16” arms, fitted ASA 150 rapid connections measuring 12” / 14” / 16”.
Maximum pressure allowed at the manifolds is 784.5 kPa (8 kg/cm2 ), corresponding to an hourly rate of 10000 cubic meters / hour. Terminal can receive methanol and MTBE at piers P5 and P9 (equipped with arms having 6” connections) and LPG at piers P7 an P9 (fitted with 6” arms)
